Here's my idea on the crossover of Johnny 5 and the Chipmunks:

When news of Johnny 5's lifestory and his daring capture of jewel thieves spreads throughout America,
the Chipmunks and the Chipettes decide to see if the story is all true. Simon, of course, isn't exactly
convinced yet that a robot could possibly alive, unlike everyone else. But he soon learns that the truth
really is stranger than fiction when they meet the big robot in New York City, sometime after they hear that
he is entitled to full human rights. The Chipmunks and Chipettes quickly become friends with the robot
and his human friends, Dr. Newton Crosby, Ben Jahrvi, Stephanie Speck, Fred Ritter and Sandy
Banatoni.

Meanwhile, Skroeder from Nova Laboratories is out for revenge against J.5., using someone who knows
of Newton Crosby's work on the S.A.I.N.T. prototypes and try to make an army of them to Johnny 5 and
his friends pay.

After they capture the 3 re-programmed robots, re-naming them by their namesakes, The Three
Stooges: Moe, Larry and Curly, the Chipmunks, Chipettes, Johnny 5, and the others are off on another
adventure to stop Skroeder.
