This story takes place in Mighty Morphin Chipmunk Rangers series.

Our favorite rodents hear rumors of four mutant turtles in New York City and decide to check it out first hand.
Meanwhile, set after they defeated Lord Dregg, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have had a nice break
from fighting evil and having fun. All the turtles except for one, and that was Leonardo. Everyone else is
convinced that with Dregg and Shredder in Dimension X, it'll be a time for doing what they like and goofing
around, (Donatello inventing things, Raphael watching comedy shows, and Michaelangelo scarfing down
pizza as always), but not Leonardo. He would much rather read books and continue practicing his ninja skills
than spend his time goofing off like the others, and their sensei, Master Splinter (Hamato Yoshi), agrees with
Leonardo.

Also, their long lost sister, Venus de Milo, returns to her brothers group and tells them that after they were
exposed to the mutagen, Hamato Yoshi missed her and she wandered off, all the way to Japan, where she
was discovered, rised and taught by a shinobi magican called Chung I, naming her Mei Pieh Chi. Splinter
and Chung I knew each other from their travels to and from the realm of dreams. Apparently, Chung I was at
one time a member of the Foot Clan before Hamato Yoshi (aka Splinter), and he too had a dislike to Oruku
Saki (now called Shredder). Venus is initially welcomed into the family again and decides to train her
brothers in the art of shinobi. Leonardo is more the willing to learn from her little sister, but the others are not
thrilled as they still don't feel the need to train now that their enemies are gone.

Also, April O'Neil, taking a break from being a freelance reporter, is getting some training in the ninja arts by
Splinter, especially Irma, who recently quit her job as secretary for Channel 6 News because she was
getting sick and tired of hearing Burne Thompson and Vernon Fenwick continuisly bad talking the turtles.
Soon , the Chipmunk Rangers (Alvin, Brittany, Simon, Jeanette, Theodore, Eleanor), and Vinny, the
Chipmunk matriarch, along with their robot Dinosaurs, make it to New York City, and seek for anybody who
has heard of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Eventually, they meet up with a guy called Casey Jones, a
friend of the Turtles, who is more than willing to take them to the their lair. After the two teams are aquited,
Vinny informs the Turtles that they themselves are facing an evil force far more treacherse that Krang,
Shredder, or Dregg could ever hope to be, Master Vile. Apparently, Master Splinter had hard of such evil
from his younger days as a student of the Foot Clan, but he didn't know that such an evil could be real.
Meanwhile, Master Vile seeks power to stop his enemies within his Dark Dragon. He finds a portal to
Dimension X, where he's hard tails of villains known as Krang and Shredder who have tried nearly a hundred
times to take over Earth, but are stopped by creatures who call themselves, the Teenage Mutant Ninja
Turtles. He offers to help them in exchange for helping him defeat the Chipmunk Rangers and Voltron. What
both partys of villains don't know is that each villain (Krang & Shredder's forces, and Master Vile's forces)
plan to betray the other party and take the Dark Dragon for their own uses.

Meanwhile, Master Splinter senses tell him that their ancient enemies are planing to return to Earth from
Dimension X, with the help of Master Vile. Seeing as both their enemies have teamed up, the two teams
decide to team-up as well to stop them.

I have a new suggestion for the crossover with the Chipmunks and the characters of Teenage Mutant Ninja
Turtles (1987 TV series), something I think William Raymer might try since he's big on Chipmunk
crossovers.

While on their world tour, the Chipmunks and Chipettes along with their allies (Toon Force Power Rangers,
Johnny 5, The Three Stooges (Short Circuit robots), among others) come across the famous Teenage
Mutant Ninja Turtles; Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo, who have a new female turtle team
member, Venus de Milo. With them are their friends April O'Neil (now a freelance reporter), Irma
Langinstein (April's best friend who quit Channel 6 and now April's camerawoman), Casey Jones (taking it
easy from his vigilante life), Zach & Caitlyn (fans and honorary turtles), Usagi Yojimbo (rabbit samurai),
Mondo Gecko (Michelangelo's best pal) and Mona Lisa (Raphael's love interest).

Meanwhile, Lord Dregg, who survived his last battle with the Turtles in Divide and Conquer, plans to get
revenge against his enemies. This time, he plans on having other villains who have dealt with the Turtles in
the past; Krang, Shredder, Bebop & Rocksteady, Rat King, Leatherhead, Slash, Tempestra, Chrome
Dome; as well as re-constructing Lord Zedd's old zord, Serpentera, to deal with the Turtles once and for all.

Splinter senses this and warns everyone about it. Suddenly Alpha 7 returns and says to everyone that the
enemy could attack any second, but had planned for such an emergency: he and some allies of the Power
Rangers have re-constructed the Dinozords of the original Power Rangers and the Chipmunks and the
Chipettes decide to pilot them.

Soon all the enemies come back to Earth with the newly re-constructed Serpentera, now 102m tall and put
on autopilot. The Chipmunks, the Turtles and their allies decide to work together in order to deal with this
threat. The Chipmunks and the Chipettes as the Neo-Space Rangers pilot the Dinozords to take on a
giant-sized Krang in his newly-built Android Body and giant-sized Dregg in his newly-built Morph-o-Genesis
Exoskeleton, while the Turtles and all their allies deal with those attacking on the ground, and of course,
Master Splinter (Hamato Yoshi) and The Shredder (Oroku Saki) have their final confrontation, and it's a
battle to the finish this time.

After getting training by Splinter, April and Irma help deal with the Foot Soldiers. Johnny 5 and the Three
Stooges deal with Chrome Dome, Casey Jones and Usagi Yojimbo fairs against the Rock Soldiers, led by
General Traag and Lieutenant Granitor, and the Turtles, Toon Force Rangers and the other allies in the
Chipmunks world tour deal with the other villains.

The Dinozords would be known as the Dino-Droids in this story, as they were known in the original Mighty
Morphin Power Rangers unaired pilot:
